Packages must be inspected for damage upon delivery, and any damage reported within 3 days of delivery.
If you have a problem with items damaged in shipping, please call us and report the problem to our customer service staff. They will work with you to resolve the problem. We will replace the damaged item(s).
If an item purchased from us fails in use due to manufacturing defects or defective materials, within the bounds of its reasonably expected useful life, we will replace it, or give you a credit against future purchases.
